Men with very specific beards revealed as Britain’s biggest love rats – is your look on the list?
MEN with goatee beards are Britain’s biggest love rats, a survey has revealed.
Nearly one in five cheated-on women said their ex had a tidily trimmed tiny beard.
Famous men with goatees who have played away from home include telly baker Paul Hollywood, golfer Tiger Woods and Foo Fighters rocker Dave Grohl.
The survey found 18 per cent of men who had been unfaithful sported a goatee.
Another 17 per cent of women said their cheating partner had designer stubble.
And 15 per cent said they had a moustache.
But men with a full beard are least likely to do the dirty, with just nine per cent of women affected.
Dating website illicitencounters.com asked 2,000 women if a cheating partner had facial hair and if so what kind.
Overall 74 per cent did compared with 26 per cent who were clean-shaven.
Spokeswoman Jessica Leoni said: “There has always been something not quite right about a man with a finely manicured goatee beard.
“It’s hard to say why. Maybe he is trying a little bit too hard but what our research does show is they can’t be trusted and are the most likely to be love rats.”
