International arrest warrant issued for Former Wallabies Captain Rocky Elsom

According to AFP and the French sports daily L'Equipe, Elsom, 41, was convicted by a Narbonne court on Friday for charges of forgery, use of forged documents, and misappropriation of corporate assets.
