Sask. Party's Scott Moe releases platform with $1.2B in promises, projects deficits for 3 years

Saskatchewan Party Leader Scott Moe has released his entire platform to voters, ahead of Oct. 28's election, which includes promises he says would cost $1.2 billion over four years. It projects deficits in the first three years, followed by a small surplus in 2027.
