NIA charge-sheets Pakistan-based Babbar Khalsa chief

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge-sheet against Wadhawa Singh and five other terrorists for the murder of VHP leader Vikas Prabhakar in Punjab. Prabhakar was shot at his shop in Roopnagar in April 2024. The NIA found a transnational conspiracy involving members of the Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) to execute the attack.
