No charges for off-duty RCMP officer accused of making threats, racist remark in road rage incident: IIU

A Manitoba RCMP officer will not face charges after he was accused of uttering threats and making a racist remark during a road rage incident while he was off-duty last year, Manitoba’s police watchdog says.
