Family chooses heart recipient in rare direct-donation

When an organ donor decides to save a life, their family often doesn't know where the donation goes. Last year, one family was able to choose the recipient of their loved one’s heart, an exceedingly rare and direct donation. NBC’s Kate Snow reports for TODAY.
