Tate McRae Shares Scary Story About Nearly Getting Eaten By a Whale With Boyfriend Kid LAROI

Tate McRae opened up about a scary experience that she shared with boyfriend The Kid LAROI.

The 21-year-old “Greedy” pop star had an interview on Capital Radio on Wednesday (October 9). During it, she recalled getting in a jet ski accident while on vacation.

After flipping over in the water, they almost got eaten by a whale.

Tate joked that she banned LAROI from driving when they were together, saying, “I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into. You know you have trust in your boyfriend, but also jet skis are the worst.”

She continued, explaining, “They flip over every two seconds,” via Page Six.

After their jet ski tipped over, she noticed that a whale was in the water only “10 feet away.”

“It was the big moment of our trip,” she said. “I was like, ‘We nearly just landed in a whale’s mouth!’”

After the experience, Tate said that “the ocean is just a really freaky thing to me.”

“You’re just in there and it’s black and your toes are dangling and that’s so weird,” she said.

We’re so glad that they made it out alright!

The couple was also spotted out together on Thursday night (October 10) in Los Angeles. They attended the launch party for Brooklyn Beckham‘s Cloud 23 hot sauce at Bar Marmont.

Photos showed that they packed on some PDA outside the venue and looked very in love.
