As Donald Trump woos overseas voters, Republicans seek restrictions in court

Republicans have filed lawsuits in Michigan, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania to block what they argue is illegal overseas voting. The lawsuits challenge state laws allowing U.S. citizens abroad, who have never lived in those states but have relatives there, to vote.
