Ford justifies top-ups for MPPs amid ‘tough’ cost of living, ‘unfair’ base salary

Ontario Premier Doug Ford handed three MPPs minor promotions this week that will top up their salaries by $16,000 per year. He said on Friday some elected officials are underpaid.
