Mechanicville man charged with car theft
MECHANICVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Mechanicville man was arrested on Friday following a vehicle theft investigation, according to police. Aniello Dellangelo, 37, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree bail jumping.
Dellangelo is accused of stealing a car from a Mechanicville resident. He was reportedly found driving the stolen car on October 11 in Cohoes, where he was arrested and turned over to the custody of Mechanicville Police.
Police say Dellangelo also had an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in court in an unrelated case. He was arraigned at Mechanicville City Court before being remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
