'No evacuation warning' before Israeli strike on central Beirut

An Israeli air strike killed at least 22 people in central Beirut on Thursday in the deadliest such attack since the current hostilities in Lebanon began. No evacuation warning was issued to civilians in the area before the missiles hit, reports France 24's correspondent in Beirut Rawad Taha.
