Him and TGH are such different players... When we're dominating possession and are passing it around the edge of their penalty box, TGH is great. He retains possession really nicely and is a good fit. When that isn't working though (like against Charlton), TGH offers nothing. We were desperate for someone like Laird to come on and cause them problems out wide. It's also why I'd have Yokoyama on the bench.
