Taiwan ready to collaborate with China to address global issues, says President Lai

President Lai Ching-te, during Taiwan's National Day, reaffirmed Taiwan's commitment to peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait and readiness to collaborate with China on global issues. He introduced three new committees addressing climate change, health, and defense to enhance national resilience and global cooperation.
