Automaker Stellantis says CEO Carlos Tavares will retire in 2026

Stellantis announced CEO Carlos Tavares will retire in 2026 and revealed changes to its senior management to counter competitive pressures and improve US operations. Doug Ostermann takes over as CFO, replacing Natalie Knight. A headhunt for Tavares's replacement is already in progress, concluding by late 2025.
