PAK vs ENG: Babar Azam drops an easy catch of Joe Root before his double hundred in Multan Test | WATCH
New Delhi: The pitch of the Multan Test has really proved to be a graveyard for bowlers. Pakistan crossed the 556-run mark in the first innings and after this England also scored more than 650 runs in their first innings. On one hand, while 3 Pakistani batters scored centuries, on the other hand, two English star batters Joe Root and Harry Brook scored double centuries. Now what would you say if a player drops a catch on such a pitch? Babar Azam did something similar. On the fourth day of the Multan Test, Babar Azam dropped an easy catch of Joe Root and due to his mistake, Joe Root scored a double century.
Babar drops an easy catch:
Babar Azam dropped Joe Root’s catch on Naseem Shah’s ball. Root played a pull shot on Naseem’s short ball and Babar Azam, standing at short mid-wicket, could not catch the ball that came straight into his hand. Naseem Shah was disappointed to see Babar’s poor fielding. When Babar missed Root’s catch, he was playing at 186 runs. After this mistake of Babar, he not only scored a double century but also reached a score of more than 250.

Pakistan team in trouble over pitch:
Pakistan Cricket Board has once again come under fire. Once again a pitch has been made which has nothing for the bowlers. Pakistan had made similar flat pitches in the last series against England and now the same has been seen again in Multan.
