Residents of ‘sinking’ North Las Vegas neighborhood await promised funds for new homes

Lawmakers and the Nevada Housing Devision heard residents’ concerns and deliberated the fate of promised funds that would give Windsor Park residents new, safe homes at a meeting of the Interim Finance Committee Thursday.
