Man surrenders in fatal north Columbus shooting
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- A man has surrendered and been charged for his role in a fatal shooting on Wednesday in north Columbus.
According to Columbus police, Kevin Hurt, 53, surrendered to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office on Thursday.
Hurt is accused of shooting and killing Jshawn Simmons, 27, on the 6200 block of Quarter Horse Drive Wednesday afternoon. Hurt has been charged with murder.
