Cool this morning but hotter temperatures return to Acadiana

Not as chilly this morning but still comfortably cool in Acadiana as temperatures start in the upper 50s to low 60s. Hotter weather is expected later today as mostly sunny skies push highs into the upper 80s but humidity levels remain low and comfortable for the area. Lows tonight should return to around 60°.

Upper 80s will continue through the weekend as Acadiana turns more humid Sunday and Monday. Another strong cold front is possible early next week, which could bring even colder air into the area.
