Pahang Sultan wants R&R stops on CSR for enhanced road user comfort

KUANTAN: The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, has urged the federal government to consider constructing rest and recreation (R&R) stops along the toll-free Central Spine Road (CSR).
