Teenage girl, 18, suddenly goes missing in middle of the night sparking urgent search
AN URGENT search has been launched after a teenage girl disappeared in the middle of the night.
Libby Brodie, 18, from Bootle in Merseyside was last seen in Liverpool at around 1.30am today.
Libby is described as 5ft tall, of a slim build with shoulder-length blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a pink coat, grey-hooded sweatshirt, black leggings and black trainers and carrying a black bag.
The teen has been missing from home since yesterday, Wednesday October 9.
It is not yet known where she was headed when she was last spotted on Ranelagh Street in the early hours of today.
Libby is known to frequent Southport, Huyton, West Derby, St Helens, Warrington and Manchester.
Merseyside Police says “extensive enquiries are ongoing to find her”.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We are appealing to help find missing 18-year-old Libby Brodie from Bootle.
“She is believed to have been last seen on Ranelagh Street, Liverpool city centre, at around 1.30am this morning.
“She has links with Southport, Huyton, West Derby, St Helens, Warrington and Manchester areas.
“Please pass on any sightings of Latia via our form or any other information to @MerPolCC or 101.”
