Belarusian PM presents awards for professional distinction 

On behalf of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko presented state awards to people whose achievements are rightfully recognized by the state in an official ceremony at the Palace of the Republic.
