Sask. Party candidate David Buckingham makes 2nd apology for using racial slur

David Buckingham, the Saskatchewan Party candidate for Saskatoon Westview, has re-upped his apology for making a racial slur a year ago, but this time in person and with party leader Scott Moe looking on.
