Hurricane Milton is expected to make landfall as soon as 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday near Sarasota, Florida. It is still a Category 3 storm packing winds of 120 miles per hour. Kimberly Guy, co-chief operating officer for BayCare Health System, joins "America Decides" to discuss the health care response.
