Hurricane Milton barrels toward Florida's Gulf Coast, spawns tornadoes

Hurricane Milton raced toward Florida's Gulf Coast, where landfall was expected Wednesday evening. Storm surge of 13 feet or more was expected, with more than a foot or more of rain. An outbreak of tornadoes was reported across the state. NBC News' Lester Holt spoke with officials and residents on the Gulf Coast.
