NLA holds stakeholder engagement to mark International Customer Service month

The National Lottery Authority (NLA) has commemorated International Customer Service Week with a stakeholder engagement session in Accra. Organised by the NLA 39;s Customer Service Department, the event aimed to enhance customer experiences and improve service delivery under the theme Above and Beyond.
