Leaf drop-off sites to open Oct. 14 in city of La Crosse

The city of La Crosse is preparing for leaf collection, with seven drop-off sites opening on October 14. Residents can drop off their leaves at these sites, excluding Isle La Plume, where they must remove all bags and containers.
