Florida Gov. DeSantis urges residents at risk from Milton to seek nearby shelters

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and other officials urged residents to get out of harm's way Wednesday morning before Category 4 Hurricane Milton arrives over the mainland later in the evening.
