Man arrested for raping and murdering a 6-year-old girl in Ludhiana

Ludhiana police have arrested a 32-year-old man for raping and murdering a 6-year-old girl after luring her with candies to his rented room. The accused, a habitual drinker, gagged the victim to death and threw her body from the third floor. He was caught within 24 hours. A case has been filed under various sections including the POCSO Act.
