This Morning’s Dr Zoe rushed to A&E and ‘writes an emergency will’ in hospital bed after terrifying health battle
THIS Morning star Dr Zoe Williams has revealed she’s been admitted to hospital after a health scare.
The Sun columnist shared a series of snaps dressed in a hospital gown and attached to heart monitors.
Zoe explained that she had been experiencing some health concerns for the last 12 months.
The NHS doctor, who usually appears on the ITV daytime show to give guests medical advice, said she’s also written an “emergency will” amid the ordeal.
Alongside the photos, she wrote: “I got signed off by my Cardiologist today…I’m ok, but I wasn’t certain that I would be for a while!
“It’s been a year of health blips. The most worrying being my heart, but I’m ok.
“Writing an emergency will from your hospital bed, just in case, is not the one though. But I’m ok.”
She added: “It’s interesting how we can be thankful for these experiences.
“They can make us see clearly. What matters What doesn’t.
“And just how easy it is to take our health for granted.”
Zoe was inundated with get well messages from her friends and fans.
One wrote: “That’s great… but what a tough year. Lots to process. Sending lots of love.”
A second posted: “Hope you’re doing okay and sending love.”
Another added: “Make the most of resting and enjoy some TLC when you get home Best wishes for a speedy recovery.”
Dr Zoe has been the resident GP on ITV’s popular daytime show This Morning since 2016.
She also appears on The One Show, and starred on Trust Me I’m a Doctor from 2016 to 2020.
