Crash on Route 7 in Colonie closes right lane, left shoulder

COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- According to 511NY, a crash on Route 7 westbound just past Miller Road Overpass in Colonie has closed the right lane. The left shoulder is also closed.
