EVE Fanfest Week 2025

Traveling capsuleers,

Planning for Fanfest 2025 is reaching warp speed, and extra events and activities for Fanfest week have been finalized. Returning Fanfest classics and brand-new adventures will take place around Reykjavik, Iceland, in the days surrounding the main event from 1-3 May.

Some events are free and open to all, while others require tickets, so don't miss out! Tickets are now available for all activities except for the following Friday events: Pub Crawl, Foodie Walk Tour, and Friday Fleet-Up Party. These will be released in a few weeks, and Fanfest ticket holders will be notified via email.

Tickets to EVE Fanfest 2025 are still available and now is the time to plan your trip to Iceland and secure your place. With many of these experiences selling out quickly in previous years, be sure to grab your tickets before they're gone.

FANFEST 2025 EXTRA EVENTS

Fanfest Pre-Advance Mixers

Monday 28 April, 17:00-22:00 – Location TBC

Tuesday 29 April, 17:00-22:00 – Location TBC

Start your revelries early in the week, with pre-mixers taking place at selected establishments in downtown Reykjavik, handpicked by EVE developers. Capsuleers arriving early get the chance to meet up and break the ice over drinks.

INTO THE GLACIER WITH EVE DEVS

Wednesday 30 April, 8:30-19:00 – Departs from Harpa

Journey to the stunning Langjökull glacier for an unforgettable full-day tour. Descend into the icy netherworld of the glacier's tunnels, explore beautiful lava fields, and witness the breathtaking Hraunfossar waterfall. The trip includes travel from Reykjavik, a lunch stop in Húsafell, and more.

WONDERS OF WEST ICELAND TOUR WITH PERLA & EVE DEVS

Wednesday 30 April, 8:00-18:00 – Departs from Harpa

Embark on a curated adventure with local guide Perla Magnúsdóttir and CCP devs, discovering the stunning landscapes of West Iceland. Explore waterfalls, hot springs, and enjoy a geothermal bath at Hvammsvík. Includes a lunch buffet and visits to unique landmarks.

GOLDEN CIRCLE TOUR WITH EVE DEVS

Wednesday 30 April, 9:00-17.00 – Departs from Harpa

A Fanfest classic! This tour includes stops at some of Iceland’s most iconic locations like Þingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall, and Geysir hot spring. The tour also features a delicious lunch buffet at the renowned Friðheimar greenhouse.

(LAN) PARTY AT THE TOP OF THE WORLD AT ARENA GAMING

Wednesday 30 April, 12:00-18:00 – Arena Gaming, Kópavogur

Join EVE players and devs for an epic LAN party just outside Reykjavik. Enjoy hours of PvP roaming on high-spec gaming PCs, drinks, and a pizza buffet. Kick off Fanfest with games, socializing, and friendly competition!

FLYOVER ICELAND WITH EVE DEVS

Thursday 1 May, 14:00-15:00 – FlyOver Iceland

Take to the skies and experience the beauty of Iceland from above! FlyOver Iceland uses state-of-the-art technology and special effects to give you the sensation of flying over Iceland’s dramatic landscapes. A unique and exhilarating ride for all attendees!

EVE MONUMENT WALKING TOUR

Thursday 1 May, 13:00-14:00 – Departs from Harpa

A guided walk with EVE developers and fellow capsuleers around Reykjavik, ending at the EVE Monument. Learn about the history and significance of this iconic tribute to the EVE community. Free and open to all.

FANFEST REYKJAVIK CITY WALKING TOUR

Thursday 1 May, 20:00-21:30 – Departs from Harpa

Explore Reykjavik’s landmarks and delve into CCP Games’ past with historian Stefán Pálsson and EVE developers. The tour covers historic sites tied to the evolution of EVE Fanfest, beginning at Harpa and ending at the EVE Monument.

OPENING DAY WRAP-UP BAR MIXER

Thursday 1 May, 17:00-20:00 – Location TBC

Kick back and relax after an eventful opening day of Fanfest 2025. This casual mixer at a local bar (TBC) provides the perfect opportunity to meet fellow capsuleers, swap stories, and enjoy some downtime. Free and open to all attendees – no tickets required.

CHARITY DINNER AT CCP GAMES HQ

Thursday 1 May, 18:00-21:00 – CCP Games, Gróska

An evening of food, drinks, and socializing with EVE developers and the CEO at CCP’s headquarters. The dinner features a variety of street food, welcome drinks, and a chance to connect with the community in an informal setting, all while supporting a good cause. Space is limited, so act quickly!

EVE PUB QUIZ

Returning for Fanfest 2025, the EVE Pub Quiz offers an evening of camaraderie and competition. Gather your friends, test your EVE knowledge, and enjoy the fun atmosphere of a local bar. Free to join – no tickets needed.

CAPSULEER CARNAGE: METAL MAYHEM WITH DJS CCP DUCKLING & CCP RZARECTOR

Cap off your evening with a lively late-night bar dive, featuring music from CCP’s very own DJ Duo, CCP Duckling and CCP Rzarector. This night of music, drinks, and dancing is a fantastic way to connect with fellow attendees and dance the night away. Free entry for all – no tickets necessary.

SISTERS OF EVE TOUR - SOUTH ICELAND

Friday 2 May, 08:00-18:00 – Departs from Harpa

Embark on a scenic day tour to South Iceland, visiting wonders like Eyjafjallajökull, Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, and the black sand beaches of Vík. Ideal for both capsuleers and their non-EVE-playing companions, this journey offers a glimpse of Iceland’s natural beauty. Party at the top of the world entrance included in the tour.

FOODIE WALK TOUR & FRIDAY FLEET-UP PARTY

Friday 2 May, Starts at 18:00 – Departs from Harpa

Enjoy a gourmet tasting experience through Reykjavik with capsuleers and developers, sampling local flavors and non-alcoholic drinks. The evening ends with entry to the Friday Fleet-Up Party at Gamla Bíó. This culinary adventure is a calm and delicious alternative to the Pub Crawl.

PUB CRAWL & FRIDAY FLEET-UP PARTY

Friday 2 May, Starts at 19:00 – Departs from Harpa

A true Fanfest favorite! Join capsuleers and devs on a lively pub crawl through Reykjavik, finishing off with a night of fun at the Friday Fleet-Up Party. Your ticket includes a Fanfest shot glass, beer, and a taste of a local spirit.

PARTY AT THE TOP OF THE WORLD

Saturday 3 May, 20:00-01:00 – Harpa

Celebrate EVE Online with capsuleers and developers at the Party at the Top of the World. This night is already included in the Fanfest pass, but separate tickets are available for travel companions. Prepare for an unforgettable evening at Harpa, Reykjavik’s iconic concert hall.

SUNDAY SOAK AT SKY LAGOON

Sunday 4 May, 14:00-17:00 – Sky Lagoon

Unwind at the end of Fanfest Week with a relaxing soak in the geothermal waters of Sky Lagoon. Attendees can purchase their own tickets to enjoy this informal chill session with stunning views of the ocean and sky.
