NeoLiv inks pact to acquire 12 acres in Alibaug to develop mixed-use villa project

NeoLiv has acquired 12 acres in Alibaug near Mumbai to develop a mixed-use villa project. This marks their entry into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region market. The project could expand to 20 acres with a projected value of over Rs 400 crore. Improved connectivity and infrastructure projects are driving real estate interest in Alibaug.
