LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- Another suspect in the killing of Anthony Babino on Sept. 23 has been arrested, authorities said.
Daylan Williams, 22, of Lafayette, turned himself in to the Lafayette Parish Jail Sunday afternoon and is charged with second degree murder. Williams was wanted by Scott Police in connection with the slaying of Babino, who went viral after he was caught on video being choked by a Scott Police lieutenant at this year’s Scott Boudin Festival.
Williams is the third suspect charged in the case. Previously, Treveon Cobb, 21, and Kylan LeBlanc, 17, were arrested and charged in the case.
Williams's bond was set at $250,000.
