India facing dumping of steel, predatory pricing, says CEO of ArcelorMittal's India JV

Dilip Oommen, CEO of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, highlighted concerns over steel dumping and predatory pricing in India during the FT Live Energy Transition Summit. He noted that India's finished steel imports from China reached a seven-year high in the first five months of the 2024/25 financial year.
