Board set to review
plan to build condos

The Larkspur Planning Commission has scheduled a hearing on a proposal for 19 condominiums at 1000 Drakes Landing Road in the Greenbrae area.

Three would be deed-restricted for low-income households and one would be reserved for a moderate-income household.

The commission meeting is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, in the council chambers at City Hall.
