2 adults, 2 boys arrested in attack of former NY Governor Paterson and stepson on Upper East Side

A 34-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man were arrested in addition to two boys, ages 12 and 13, in the attack of former NY Governor David Paterson and his stepson.
