Riigikogu Social Affairs Committee proposes changes to parental benefits

The Social Affairs Committee of the Riigikogu committee has put forward a draft bill for a first reading, which would, among other things, reduce the level of parental benefits. The draft also seeks to introduces a special medical visitation fee of €20 for working people.
