People in Gaza are mourning the latest victims in the now year-long war. An Israeli airstrike yesterday hit a mosque and school in central Gaza killing at least 26 people and wounding more than 90 others. Palestinian officials said the buildings were being used as shelters for displaced people. Nearly 2 million people have been forced from their homes in the past year. Israel said it carried out precision strikes on Hamas targets operating within the buildings. CBC has not been allowed by Israel to send journalists into Gaza in the past year. But journalists are allowed into the West Bank. CBC's Chris Brown is there and he tells us how Palestinians are marking the day.
