Belarus attends CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting in Moscow

Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov is participating in a meeting of the the CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Moscow on 7 October. The event is taking place in the run-up to the СIS summit.
