Sunny and tiny at Dee Why this morning
Hello Friends,
It was too small for the point to spark into life and Kiddies was at best in the knee to waist high range. And given that the MHL buoy was showing 0.9 metres at 9 seconds from the SE, I’d be very surprised if even the best exposures were delivering metre-high faces. Wind was out of the NW at 6-10 knots, so surface conditions were nice and clean. Beachwatch tells us the water’s 18 and clean, while the Bureau’s forecast tells us to expect a toasty 28 C high with partly cloudy skies.
From tomorrow were back to highs in the 18-20 range and the possibility of a little rain. The wind is going to swing to the south and build to 30 kts as the day goes along. Surf prospects are obviously not great. Wednesday should be less windy but still onshore. The weather models predict that the cloudy, showery, onshore-y weather through Saturday.
Anyway, it’s looking nice for a cruise on the mal this morning, so why not get out there and have some fun with everyone else?
Go well!
