53-year-old man killed in hit and run in Port Colborne, police say

Police said in a Sunday news release that they believe the victim, a 53-year-old man, was struck by a vehicle while walking on Silver Bay Road south of the Friendship Trail sometime between 10 p.m. and midnight on Saturday.
