CCTV Footage Shows Man On Bicycle Before He Killed Bengal Schoolgirl

The man who has been accused of kidnapping and murder of a schoolgirl in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas district was seen inside a shop before he committed the crime on Friday, CCTV footage showed.
