Disadvantage for Trump? Helene hit Georgia and North Carolina could swing the states for Kamala Harris

Hurricane Helene has resulted in huge destruction in the states of Georgia and North Carolina. As both of the states were Republican Party leaning states, certain questions are being raised now as to whether Donald Trump will end up facing a disadvantage in the US Presidential elections or not.
