Two men charged in connection with St. James murder
The Barbados Police Service has formally charged Raquawn Ashra Ian Zepherin, 19, of Fox Club Gap, The Garden, St. James, and Isaac Joshua Estophile, 26, of Crick Hill, St. James, with the murder of Shakari Forde.
The charges relate to a fatal incident that occurred on Sunday, 15th September 2024, at 1st Avenue, Lower Carlton, St. James.
In addition to the murder charge, both Zepherin and Estophile face charges of endangering the life of a woman and wounding a minor.
The accused have also been separately charged with the unlawful use of a firearm.
The two appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke at the Holetown Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 4th October 2024, and have been remanded to The Barbados Prison Service at Dodds.
They are set to reappear in court on Friday, 1st November 2024.
