Brentford 5 Wolves 3: Bees score inside 90 seconds AGAIN as pressure mounts on Gary O’Neil with side rock bottom
BRENTFORD overcame Wolves at the Gtech Community Stadium in a thrilling encounter.
Six goals came in a thrilling first half, with the Bees striking first after just 90 seconds.
Matheus Cunha equalised within two minutes, before Bryan Mbeumo netted a penalty.
Gary O’Neill’s side were level again when Jorgen Strand Larsen scored after 26 minutes.
But, Christian Norgaard and Ethan Pinnock added a third and fourth goal before half-time.
Fabio Carvalho 90th minute strike made it a fine day for Thomas Frank’s side, with Rayan Ait-Nouri grabbing an injury time consolation.
