Near record-breaking warmth is expected tomorrow, with temperatures reaching the mid-90s
What We’re Tracking
- Near record highs Saturday
- Several cold fronts ahead
- Seasonably warm next week
Temperatures tonight will fall into the mid to upper 50s for tonight. A clear sky over head with a light breeze from the northeast behind of todays 'cold' front.
The heat really makes a comeback on Saturday where we are forecasting near record highs yet again in the middle 90s. Winds will be gusting out of the south at 25-30 mph helping us heat up. Be mindful of fire hazards this weekend. Hot, dry air combined with strong winds could easily spark an unwanted flame if caution isn't taken.
We look to continue our roller coaster with temperatures for Sunday as we drop back down into the lower 80s for Sunday. Dew points will continue to remain low in the middle 50's. Dry air throughout the weekend
Our dry spell does continue over the next 7 days, at least. We are tracking a lot of sunshine and warm temperatures in the low to mid 80s next week. Unfortunately, not looking good for current drought conditions across our area.
