"No road or bike sense" concerns mount in Leicester over safety amid surge in delivery cyclists

Local authorities are being urged to tackle the "menace" of cyclists in the city centre. E-bikes, push bikes and e-scooters are a source of regular complaints to Leicester City Council, the authority said.
