SAMHI Hotels acquires Innmar Tourism and Hotels private Ltd

SAMHI has completed the Share Purchase Agreement for acquiring Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited, adding a 142-room hotel in Bengaluru. This acquisition will add a second hotel with 200-220 rooms, expanding their portfolio to 340-360 rooms in the Upper Upscale and Upscale segments.
