Some Americans face voting blocks if deemed 'incompetent' to cast ballot

Catalina Rojas, an 18-year-old who is on the autistic spectrum, is urging people to go out and vote, even though she cannot vote herself. NBC News' Yasmin Vossoughian visits Rojas to talk about her passion for voting and the obstacles she faces.
