Duke Recruiting: Boozer Twins Set To Announce
Will it be Duke? Or Miami?
The Boozer twins, Cameron and Cayden, have dropped Florida and are now down to Duke and Miami and will announce on October 10th.
As Duke fans know, their father, Carlos, starred at Duke at the turn of the century and helped they Blue Devils win the 2001 national championship before going on to a long and successful NBA career.
Cameron, who is 6-9, is generally ranked second, higher than the 6-4 Cayden, but we are really, really impressed with Cayden’s basketball IQ. He’s going to be good.
The expectation from the cheap seats is that they’ll go to school together, but it’s possible that they’ll split with one at Miami and one at Duke. We’ll have to see.
Whatever they decide, they’re part of the family and if they go to Miami, we’ll follow them with interest and root for them when they’re not playing Duke. They’re very promising young talents.
